Yes, Farina was Irish/Spanish and he adapted many such tumes, as did they all. He lost his head in a motorbike smash but had displayed huge promise, he was, among other things, a dulcimerist, not the coolest of imstruments in those days but he could really make it cry and make it sing; an early Sultan of Swing.
