Geez - that photo gives rise to a whole host of nefarious considerations.
I guess, if one were to be in a vague sense slightly fair to them - their political system is so geared around the leader that it would be difficult to express their job to people who've not had it and we all like chatting with chaps who have the same gig as us but that ain't a normal laugh. That's the type of laugh I have with my best mate when talking about fat German girls (utterly perverted and yet disgracefully arousing).
