Sun beating through window; a jolly matin indeed. There's a couple of progs on Rd3 - Early Music Show (as in old stuff) and Choral Evensong which are very good indeed and I think this one would be perfectly at home in either show. Muchos gracias Senor.

Off our usual track again, Mr Ishmael, although I think I have shared this lady with y'all before once or twice, I went to hear Miss Podger play, among other things, this on Friday. I took a couple of ne'er-do-well sneerers. "Classical shite? Pah!" In the bag now they are. It was a breathtaking display of brilliance.

Magic moments, eh, mr m. Can't follow it at the moment, my laptop is envirused and I can't get the sound to work on this one.

It's the Early Church Music series on BBC Four, mr dtp, that's the one, the presenter's a prick, as usual, but the music's a revelation.

Take care at the start, Mr I. I think it sounds almost discordant but that is just Mr B setting the scene.

I'd never heard the like of it - all that racket from a sparrow of a woman with just one violin. As loud as you like.
