Tonight on This Week:

Thursday 10th June

We've plenty to get excited about on the programme this evening, as World Cup fever reaches Westminster.

Diane's last-minute surge has secured her a place on the ballot for the next Labour leader. We'll be talking about that with the Labour campaigner Tony Robinson, who's got a warning for whoever wins.

The Mirror's Kevin Maguire heads to a London stadium for a football take on the political week in Westminster.

And are England's expectations hopelessly unrealistic, or could we really be seeing a World Cup win for a British team? Calum Best, son of George, will be with us to discuss expectations.

Caroline Flint will be joining Michael on the sofa, but we're inviting ALL the leadership candidates to do a turn in our little studio over the coming weeks, so Diane WILL be back!

We are on live - after Question Time - at 23:35 in England and Scotland - and 00.05 in Wales and Northern Ireland. If that's too late, catch us on BBC Parliament on Friday at 18:00 or later on the BBC iPlayer.

We've been enjoying your tweets. Keep them coming via the hashtag #bbcthisweek and click here and come and Twitter with us on our site.

Or see what viewers think of the latest This Week show - or send in your own thoughts, just keep them clean, short and include your name and town please.

And the highlights will be on our web-site .
