On a sort of global scale though both Rusky and Qatar seem comedy. Both have to build most of the stadia (nice construction kickbacks) and Qatar are then gonna ship their's to Afrikaaaa so that's perfectly sensible! Comedy really. I just think it's wonderful that CallHimDave maintains his reputation as a leader unable to win anything, that the oik, William's, walk among the common people proved so ignominious and that what with WikiLeaks and now this shit, more and more will share the view of Russia as having smoothly moved from one criminal totalitarianism to another, as China is doing; the bitter fruits of globalisation, the things at which we once excelled bought-up by sheikhs and oligarchs, like Mayfair.
