MORAL COMPASS BLUES

It has always been the very nature of abuse that the victim's word is never enough; to be abused one must be weaker and thus, in our society, lesser than the abuser but I have never heard this point articulated so grimly as I did, yesterday, hearing that some sergeant or constable Filth had said of a five times-raped twelve-year old that she was one hundred per cent consensual to her abuse.  I don't know who this police officer is but he should go to jail. He should also have a punch in the gob.

Not even the law, so heavily weighted against the weak, permits a twelve-year old to consent to sexual intercourse, she cannot consent, much less be one hundred per cent consensual;  I thought everybody knew that and we can reasonably expect  every police officer in the land especially to know that; if we proceed as adults, without any constabulary powers, we are required to discharge a duty of care not only to children but to everyone.  That a police officer, in this day and age,  can speak thus of a child, unchallenged by colleagues or superiors is a fucking outrage.  But then, as regulars will know, a thread woven through these commentaries is that All Coppers Are Bastards, this turd's behaviour and the failures of indifference displayed by his colleagues only highlight and embellish that thread.

And as if that wasn't affront enough to Decency, today, we have seen some prick  of a Crime Commissioner, a nonsense job were ever there was one,  hiding behind the bogus cliche of collective responsibility, refusing to resign over his failures in this vile Rotherham scandal of unprosecuted child abuse .  Rotherhamees, if they have anything about them,  should picket his home until he quits, should catcall him in the street, throw eggs at him, always supposing, of course,  that they care about their weakest, which, quite clearly, they don't or certainly didn't; if they had, this wouldn't have happened.

Maybe these kids' family relationships were chaotic or worse, maybe their dads were less, even,  than memories, maybe their mums were on the game, themselves.  Doesn't matter, everybody can see grooming and exploitation going on; every council in the land  has child protection, place of safety procedures which it can enact swiftly and the filth have more than adequate powers to arrest, detain and prosecute virtually whoever they want.  The failure here is two-fold: parents have been schooled, brainwashed into anti-social individualisation, LuvEm2Bits,MyKids,  DoAnyfin4Em which of course translates as fuck all the other kids, 'smy Tamarind who matters, my Seattle or whatever these dimwits call their child-consumers; too busy buying the little prick an iPhone to hear the lonely sob, see the hollow, empty face of abuse and, secondly, the failure is political;  the number of lucrative public sector careers and pensions available now to Mr and Ms Jobsworth is staggering, the Rewards of Obedience are well known and well liked; who, leading a busy, interesting and rewarding life is going to compromise those rewards for the sake of some little scrubber, eh; if the service policy is not to rock the multicultural Boat of Plenty, then that's just how it is, why should I jeopardise my own career?

And it doesn't matter whether the perps are Pakis or Peers, this isn't a matter of race, this is just a matter of Power, of how those who have it use it against those who don't and are assisted in their crimes by those In-betweenies, mealy-mouthed lickspittles, those managing the Poor on behalf of the Rich.  Me, I would disbar every councillor in Rotherham, I would dismantle the Social Services department - what does it matter if it is  there or not, given its record - I would dismiss the entire police force and deploy the army until some decent law enforcement could be recruited and trained and I would publicly shame all of its now bleating citizens, not for what they did but for what they didn't do.  Suffer the little children, eh?  Aye, right.

Unfortunately I suspect this isn't the half, or even the quarter of it, Mr I. Ironically, and if I recall correctly, the neo NAZI nutter Griffin has being trying to blow this open for years but, of course, found himself in the PBC stocks (QT) for his trouble. Good observations about this issue and the shameful behaviour / role of Plod in this by another marksman who shoots from a slightly different position than you over here:

As a British citizen I and all of us are now being forced to eat shit. Well those of us without a sun tan. What better illustration than being so full of it we can't speak out as the kids are buggered and raped with impunity?

MrSG: read that blog post and yes, this also seems to me to be a bit more than abuse, albeit on a large scale. It appears to be a deliberate element of the genocide of the white English that the ruling caste seem hell bent on. It seems they want everyone khaki coloured.

It is not often that I am moved near to tears, this has been one of those times. As you point out so accurately, it is more to do with power than anything else. That self-satisfied, self-justifying cunt who has been waving his willy all over the meejah today does indeed deserve to have various foodstuffs thrown at him; I would favour tomatoes. In tins. Can't afford fresh 'uns, you see.

I can't remember which polished Labourite turd it was who simpered triumphantly that inviting all and sundry from the lands of the desert gods would rub the noses of conservative voters in the dirt ... but whoever it was I would treasure a few minutes alone with him in a windowless room, the better to explain to him - with a length of lead piping - how such stupidity may be deleterious in the long term.

As we have said in other contexts on here, if we systematically create and sustain the conditions in which the weak are treated as disposable commodities for the delectation of the powerful and their eager lieutenants, then it is no surprise at all that rape, torture and murder ensue. It is indeed a matter of political and moral will Mr I and It is a grave error if we make this a racial issue. We must recover a proper determination to protect the helpless against those who would feast on them economically, sexually and culturally; and that also means purging ourselves of the fatuous, jargonised and sentimental bollocks which passes for civic virtue.

call me ishmael said...

There is a racial element to this, mr or, of course, probably too complex to understand properly but, just for a start, muslem men have an exaggerated view of their Mums' and sisters' and wives' purity, so much so that they may then let rip who knows what suppressed characteristics upon dirtier, white women stroke children; historically, Asian man has been oppressed or just colonised by white Sahib and MemSahib and is now, at the old heart of Empire, wreaking revenge; it may equally be that there is an exotic allure between Asian men and British women which eases the passage of abuse. I don't know, only guessing, it is complicated. What is not complicated is the fact that the same forces which covered these crimes are the same as those which gilded Savile's path, Cyril Smith's, Nicholas Fairbairn's and we are yet to start, never mind conclude in the matter of Brittan et al.

I think that in this case the race issue - although important - is a bit of a brown herring. They come in colours, these people, all colours.

call me ishmael said...

That's what I mean, mr bungalow bill; there are grave concerns about importing electoral majorities from South Asia; there are concerns about George Galloway's carefully camouflaged racism but however passionately we react to them, these are a sideshow. When it comes to opportunities for child sexual abuse it is a level playing field, one of complete racial equality.

call me ishmael said...

And don't worry, King Caratacus, Jack Straw's son, Willy, is likely to be selected for a safe Labour seat, how so democratic is that?

Rightwinggit said...

Police wear yellow because that's what they are, all the way through.

Another big problem is the death of courage. It has much to do with the general abolition of responsibility and the rewarding of incompetence as you say, but it is so rare now to witness true moral courage, the exercise of proper virtue in our shit bespattered world. We have no grasp of honour, sacrifice, integrity if those words mean anything. Mind you, we've always been vile to each other even when everyone went to church and gentlemen wore hats. We dwindling protestors can only refuse to give up, as we were saying just the other day, and to keep our hatreds pure.

call me ishmael said...

And the awful thing about this graeless crime commissioner is that although he is geting a bit of stick, his conduct is par for the MediaMinster course. How many times should Cameron have resigned? Should it have been over Maria Millar, over Andy Coulson; over his fiddling of his wysteria bill; over the loss of the Syria vote?

Hard to know quite who to blame but it'll be someone right at the bottom of the food chain, unless, of course, we can enginer a war of some sort, which it looks as though we can. Take people's minds off of things that they can't understand and give 'em someone to hate. That should do.

Mike said...

Mr I; I may be mistaken, but you seem to be taking a somewhat PC line here, equating or at least comparing this event with others.

Of course, the monsignors and the Cyril Smiths are evil, but this particular episode involves Muslim gangs praying on mostly white girls, in a particularly organised and vile way. This is a particular case which needs analysis.

No all crimes are equal, not all dogs are the same, and not all episodes of child abuse are the same.

The mere fact that these abusers are in Englang in the first instance needs explaining. At least to me.

call me ishmael said...

Yes, mr mike, you are mistaken and offer a wilful misinterpretation of my comments. I said that this case needed particular analysis I made clear that there is a racial element to this and that, contrary to your interpretation I did say that many of these people had been imported to inflate electoral majoritoies, usually Labour.

All crimes are the same when perpetrators are protected by those charged with their prosecution and it doesn't matter a flying fuck to the victim whether thsoe protected from due process are black, brown or yellow, it is the failure of the authorities which compounds the original offence. if you are fortunate enough nor to be aware of this on a personal level then you must trust me, because I fucking well am.

Mike said...

Apologies, Mr I, nothing wilfull just a mis-reading, but this one makes my piss boil.

call me ishmael said...

Mine, too, mr mike, mine, too.

What I was anxious to clarify is that seeing this only in terms of ethnicity is to ignore what you describe as the partiocular organised and vile way that these things are permitted; the same forces which permitted Smith, in Rochdale and in Westminster, to escape scrutiny and apprehension were at work when it came to detect these guys, corrupt careerism, basically and a feekluing of contempt for the victims and perhaps, who knows, a tinge of fellow-feeling, an institutionalised bestiality.

I am not generally punitive and rarely endorse vigilanteism but this level of orchestrated wickedness merits someone getting a good kicking for as we see with Mr Crime Commissioner, they are beyond remorse or conventional punishment; politics and the public sector rarely allow for their practitioners to be held to account - loopholes, technicalities, corrupt prosecutors and early retirement are all tools to protect the governors from the governed. Somebody in Rotherham should break the mould.

I feel I have written this before, maybe in slightly different words, but I make no apology for writing it again, because, as I see it, until the situation is altered there is no hope of our becoming a civilised and responsible class of beings.

The problem is that no one, from the top to the bottom of society (irrespective of which end you look at as top or bottom), is ever held totally responsible for the result of their actions.

It matters not whether you have insurance that will pay out (as little as possible) for the result of your driving error, the family of the driver you have just killed will not be able to provide for his family. Yet, despite you being responsible for his death, the monetary responsibility for his family will be carried by others (through insurance co. and welfare state, as miserly as possible.).

It matters not if you are a Prime Minister who starts a war with another country, and looses millions of pounds and thousands of lives, because the responsibility for it will lie with the other country, and they will be responsible for the cost (which will of course be passed down to us the public).

It matters not if, as a minister of state, you foul up the lives of millions, load the public with Billions of pounds worth of PFI (etc.) debt, because the responsibility for that debt will be carried by others.

It matters not if as a councillor or M.P. you push through measures completely at variance with the wishes of Joe Public because all the debt will be carried by others.

If you go and hijack the local corner store will you be required to recompense the shopkeeper for all the damage and loot? No. His insurance will look after it and the money will be that paid to the insurance company by countless others.

The prisons are full of people who have had their responsibility removed in exchange for a spell at Her Majesty's Pleasure (although she is totally ignorant of it) and society is full of people who know that their responsibility will be waived similarly, should they get caught, and many know they will not get caught because the money needed for this is being dispersed in other conceits.

The state has gradually fostered the idea that the total responsibility for the well being of all people is it's concern, whereas it itself is totally reliant on the people for its own continued existence (most of whom have already become hypnotised by state propaganda).

There should be a way to correct the situation and ensure everyone is held to account for their moral and financial responsibility.

That way which you seek, mr alphons, is just not in the nature of Money, which depends for its existence upon some people having more survival tickets than they could ever use and many having none at all, it is money which is the root of all Evil. Now, those who scoff at the idea of there being a time Beyond Money are descendants of those who said there could be nothing but slavery; there could be nothing but serfdom; there could be nothing but children up the chimney and down the mines; however smooth and smug these people may be, they are fucking stupid. It is inconceivable that a planet of ten billion souls could or should be ordered on the basis of the Money Market, that is to say in the interests of a few hundred thousand. They may need to be killed, their armies poisoned, their police forces mown down but the Tyranny of Greed needs to be overthrown, either that or we'll starve or roast or worse and the individual depradations and irresponsibilities which you catalogue will seem wholly inconsequential.

People afraid to speak out or investigate horrific crime, brutality and intimidation because of fear of being seen as racists? Great Britain? What the fuck is democracy again. Oh yeah…that Greek thing …. We don’t bother with that anymore…we got EU and new labour that’s what’s relevant now.
The council bloke steps down and rides off to private lucre…more than likely. He should have stayed and rolled a few heads. Then went.
Polis head decides he’s going to stay, actually and get to the bottom of it…?. He should man up and declare his intent. But of course he can’t say anything can he…?
“There will be blood, but not little girls this time. I’m going to nail every one of you bastards to the wall”
Can’t say that. Can’t say anything that would upset anyone straight off the boat from bongo-bongo land. Even though they wouldn’t understand and wouldn’t give a fuck. Unless someone told him they’d get compensated for it.

The understanding of what money really is has long since been lost.If you took all the millionaires, mulibillionaires
and squillionaires and put them, and all their money, on a far away desert island, with no connection to the outside world, they would perish ..extremely quickly.
Money is actually a very convenient way of exchanging expended human energy.....but very few people have ever realised this.

Does this not show how far we have fallen? We now include a technical exchange about the function of money when we should be discussing the punishment of nonces and noncing-enablers, and the protection of children? We should not need money or money value to keep monsters from their prey.

Doug Shoulders said...

Honour, integrity, strength of purpose, scorn of evil, society measured by how the weaker members are treated. All that goes out the window where money is concerned.
Just look at the expenses debacle and the colours of those involved. Claiming for everything they could think of.. fucking pennies sometimes. Someone else in their pay doing the sums for them. They only need to
Money is useful for those that want to coerce, blackmail,
The powers that be pursue power and use money as their tool for gain of same.
Some middle rank employee with mortgage and kids…you know the score.
A society that bars someone, via the use of fear, from exposing abuse and treachery is no society of free people.

The point I was trying to put over was that most "offenders", in any of crime's many varieties, are protected from proper retribution by the way that the punishment seldom "fits the crime", because taking some money from them is seen as a quick and easy way to"teach them a lesson" and at the same time provide more money to be squandered by the "pillars of our society".
The old "eye for an eye" was much more deterrent and "both eyes for an eye" would be more effective.

In other news, Brad "Arm" Pitt and Angelina "Roger" Jolie have tied the knot in France, attended by their lovely children Trope, Bilharzia and Monotreme. They'll be honeymooning in Rotherham and Rochdale, empathizing like fuck and handing out reams of free kleenex.

Makes you proud to be skittish...

Yeah probably that too...sorry, forgot to sign previous daub, no discourtesy intended nor taken I'm sure.

One between-the-lines (and obvious enough to sit on top of them as well) aspect of the Rotherham Horror is the way the local cops seem to have been more than merely incompetent. Evidence-bags conveniently lost, suspects tipped off. God knows the Met in the 60's & 70's were often bent as arse but would they have stood for this shit? Augean Stables a-go-go...shitting in our faces and rubbing it in with their dicks, horrible fucking bastards.

verge///.

The Rochdale cops, in Fatty Smith's time, were as bad, I believe, most of them, and the councillors, mr verge. Look at the money and effort expended to convict several men on Pitcairn island a few years ago.

Remember the aftermath of the riots of `11: courts sat over night and over weekends, people whose offences would normally get a caution, some bloke who nicked a bottle of mineral water for example, ended up with six months in the nick.

When it wants to, the law can descend like a ton of bricks onto the heads of whomsoever it choses. It has not done so in Rotherham: nor will it. That much has evidently been ordained from on high.

callmeishmael said...

Fear not, mr yardarm, coming round here, moaning of the insolence of office and the law's delay. No less a reformer than Mr Clegg is, with the Yorkshire Filth, of the opinion that something must be done. Perhaps there will be an enquiry. And anyway, Winston has all but decreed martial law on us, you need to keep a sense of perspective; Americans are getting some of their own back, no time to fret about a few Northern scrubbers, is it?

There are plenty of cultures in which the age of consent is in the early teens. It is in the nature of multiculturalism that it cannot pick and choose, for then it becomes covertly monocultural. To a civilised mind forcing a woman to live behind a mask is at least as grotesque an abuse as physical violence or genital mutilation, and yet we take it as a lifestyle choice. This is the source of the moral blindspot here, I think, as snobbery is the source of the toleration of abuse by the socially elevated.

call me ishmael said...

All of that is axiomatic, mr tdg, especially the arbitrary nature of ages of consent. It would require a smarter mind than mine to arbitrate on the matter of If she can conceive she can fuck but collectively, via our representatives, we have decided against such a naturalistic approach to sexual matters and aithorities charged with policing that age of consent appear, instead, to have colluded in its breaching, even by default but more likely by resorting to the knowing whispers and secret handshakes of the We-Know-Besters or as you have them, the socially elevated.

I think that for once the outrage here is real, if a little blind, out-of-focus and. if nothing else, maybe another wee tunnel, undermining Ruin's battlements.

Maybe something was started by the reveleations of MPs expenses, continued by the raucous platitudes of UKIP and fuelled, perhaps, by the Scottish referendum. Maybe the cards will all be flung in the air, falling perhaps, in even more malign patterns.
